Thomas and his friends

We decided to make the most of Memorial Day weekend, especially after the week I had.  We took the kids to a hotel Saturday night.  It had a waterpark and we used it before bed and after breakfast.  The kids had a blast and have already asked to go back.  Puppy was sure glad to see us when we got home though.

Yesterday we couldn't decide what to do and found out that it was the last day for Thomas the Tank Engine to be in Heber, Utah.  The tickets are outrageous at $18 per person, which is why we hadn't originally planned on going.  However, we decided to head out anyway and hit up our favorite local pizza place, the Red Banjo, in Park City on the way there.  We were actually able to get really close pictures from outside their makeshift fence and stayed to tell Thomas "Bye bye!" as he left the station.  Jackson was OK leaving and super excited from the chance to do "pictures with Thomas", but Belle had a mega meltdown about leaving without riding the train.

So here are the best pictures we got... that's why you are still reading this, right?

He was just over the moon to see Thomas!!

A nice lady offered to take our picture....and my bangs blew in my face....oh well...

Jackson is ecstatic and Belle isn't sure why we need more pictures....

His hero.....

I wish I had real photoshop to fix the pictures up better.  Maybe I will revisit them when I get it back...
