Preschool Program

Today we went to Jackson's preschool program.  It was entertaining, to say the least.  True to form, Jackson wasn't to keen on participating.  He mostly sat, or stared at the ceiling, or asked to come sit with me.  But he mostly stayed up there.  Besides when he yelled to go potty during their first song and I ran him to the bathroom.  He was very excited to get goodies from his teachers and give them hugs and we finally got to hear the songs he has been trying to sing.  I got videos of a few of them so we can sing them together over the summer.  We also got his "official" preschool pictures from the photographer today.  After the program we took him to McDonald's to celebrate.  Tomorrow they have a field trip to the rec center and we will swim afterwards.  Then, he is done with preschool for the year.

We paid for these simply because despite my new photography business, he is never willing to pose and be happy for me.  Plus it was only $10 for four individuals and a class photo

He just did not want to participate...

He did about half of B-I-N-G-O... he likes to clap

Then he gave up and sat down to stare at the ceiling

And asked to sit with me....

And showed us how done he was with all this...

And pulled his name collar over his head....

But he was excited for all his goodies...

They had sillouhette cut outs of each kid on the wall and we got to take it home...I think it will live on his wall until it is destroyed...how long do you think that will be?

He obviously has a favorite teacher because he only gave a hug to the one in purple....but he was so excited to sit with them for a picture.
