Day 4 - Bananas and Skim Milk

Woke up .6 pounds lighter. Today was not too bad at all. We had a few smoothie/shakes from skim milk, frozen banana, a packet of stevia and a splash of vanilla. We even made one with light strawberry yogurt for a change. The rest we just ate and drank like normal. SOOO looking forward to chicken tomorrow, but not so much for the tomato. Hopefully I can get them down. Weight 186.4 pounds
