Day 1 - Fruits

Well, it is day 1. Just fruit. No bananas. I feel SO hungry!  So far we have had some fruit salad with Truvia and apples, grapes, blueberries, raspberries, watermelon and strawberries. I'm going to eat a cantaloupe soon and we are grilling pineapple and peaches and avocados for dinner.

I just took my weight and measurements and a picture for "before".  I'm putting it all out here, so be kind.
