New diet

Well I am now on a gluten free diet and it's only been a couple of days but I'm already noticing a difference. We are in the process of trying out gluten free substitutes in desserts and pastas and busily researching what foods have unexpected gluten. So far I'm in love with GF sandwich cookies at Trader Joe's. Tonight we will try either corn pasta or brown rice pasta. I'll let you know how it is.
