Getting fit

So we have our bikes, but have been too busy with trips and stuff. Now we are back with no more big trips planned until Thanksgiving. So we are going to get back to eating better and I'm going to do couch to 5k on my elliptical since mom just started doing that. We also ordered blender bottles and whey protein. We are planning to have carnation and whey smoothies for breakfast and fruit/spinach/whey smoothies for lunch and then a dinner. Hopefully it isn't thorough to switch into after our vacations. I'm excited! Wish us luck! I hope we can do this....
