Well, we were supposed to go to the doctor this morning to check my blood pressure and protein count and likely schedule an induction for Friday, but that didn't happen....
Tom had his first final at 3:30 yesterday, but my water broke when I was home alone at 3:15. I called him just in time to talk to his professor, call off work and come get me. While he was on his way home, Mom and I (she got back to the house after I talked to Tom) packed bags and got everything as ready as we could as I wandered around the house gushing water. Unlike the 17 hours I spent in L&D last time, this time the total process from water breaking to birth was only 6 hours. Annabelle was born just after 9pm last night. She weighed 8 pounds 1 ounce and was 20 inches long at 27 weeks 3 days. Here are a few pictures:
