Ice Cream and Cake EAT CAKE!!!

We are celebrating Jackson's birthday 2 days early today because the weather is bad, which means we can't work on the yard.  So far we have gone shopping for his present from Great Grandma and Grandpa Jackson.  He got a swimming pool for the backyard!!!  We also took him to Walmart where we let him pick his cake.  He got to choose from a smaller cake with colorful frosting or a bigger cake with all brown frosting.  He chose the big cake.  HAHA!

When we got home, we stripped him down and put him in his car to eat his cake.  We sang to him and gave him his cake.  It took him a while to catch onto how yummy it was though.

Once he caught on, he really had at it.  The red frosting really made a nice touch on his face.  That was Tom's choice.

We were eating with forks while he went at it and at one point he got a hold of my fork.

And in the end we had quite a mess to clean up, but our cute little birthday boy was worth it.
